DEAR ARCHBISHOP ODAMA; GOD BLESS YOU FOR THE MISSION TO WHICH YOUI HAVE GIVEN YOURSELF , OF PEACE IN NORTHERN UGANDA. AS YOU MAY KNOW, I FIRST MET FR JAMES OKELLO SEVEN YEARS AGO AT THE GULU SEMINARY, AND BECAME VERY AWARE OF THE PAINFUL AND DESTRUCTIVE CONFLICT IN YOUR REGION THAT HAD MADE SO MANY INTO REFUGEES, IN FACT i WAS GUIDED BY HIM THRU THE LOCAL REFUGEE CAMP. SO I CAN SURMISE THE IMPORTANCE OF YOUR LABOR. CONGRATULATIONS ON THE RECOGNITION YOU HAVE RECEIVED, WHICH EXEMPLIFIES THE ROLE OF THE BISHOP. WITH PRAYERS AND BEST WISHES—-
